Zariya (ذريعة) in Urdu and Arabic means a means, a vessel, a way, a source through which something happens. It is the path that allows help to reach someone. The bridge between intention and action. This artwork centers that word because IMA became a zariya; a way to connect, a way to give back. What began as art became a channel through which support could reach Palestinians. A means through which remembrance could turn into impact. A way for hearts, no matter how far, to remain connected. Zariya is about being a vessel. A means of الخير (good). A path through which love, support, and solidarity flow.
